Booking Policy

At Imperial County Canine Institute (ICCI), we strive to provide a seamless and efficient booking experience. Please review the following policies to ensure smooth scheduling and training sessions: Scheduling Your Appointment: All appointments must be booked through our company calendar. A session is not finalized until you have selected a date and time and received a confirmation. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 12 hours in advance. Any cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 12 hours before the appointment time may not be processed and will result in the full session fee being charged. Tardy Policy: A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be considered a no-show, and the original session fee will apply. Safety & Medical Clause: I understand that animals, including dogs, can be unpredictable. I acknowledge and accept the risks involved in dog training, including but not limited to bites, scratches, being knocked down, or other potential injuries. I agree not to hold Imperial County Canine Institute (ICCI) responsible for any incidents except in cases of gross negligence. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that their dog is up to date on all required vaccinations and deworming. ICCI may require proof of vaccination and deworming records at any time. Failure to provide up-to-date records may result in the cancellation or postponement of training sessions. I understand that ICCI maintains the right to ensure a safe work environment and may refuse my dog if they present a safety risk to staff, clients, or other dogs at our facility. If a dog is turned away for safety concerns any and all funds will be reimbursed to the owner. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to training with you!
