Booking Policy

At Imperial County Canine Institute (ICCI), we are happy to offer our grooming clients a complimentary one-hour doggy daycamp session after their dog's grooming service is completed. If your dog is not picked up within one hour after grooming, they are welcome to continue enjoying doggy daycamp. Additional hours can be added as needed at our standard daycamp rate. We kindly ask that owners plan for timely pickup to ensure a smooth experience for all our guests. Thank you for choosing ICCI—we appreciate the opportunity to care for your dog!
